At NYDJ, we want you to feel confident and look your best in every pair of jeans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a prepaid shipping label to print at home or a printerless QR code to be scanned at a designated drop-off location.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items and the packing slip inside the original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
